Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Representative to join our Hastings store. You will connect customers with the right plans, devices, and accessories, driving revenue while delivering exceptional service.

We offer a fast-paced environment, base pay plus commission, and opportunities for development. This full-time role requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and entails standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Drive monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Assist with opening/closing and cash handling, inventory, and deposits per policy.
• Maintain store appearance and organise back room and work area to standards.
• Assist customers with activations, plan changes, upgrades, and payments.
