Luna Wireless is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to join our in-store team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. As a brand ambassador, you’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Training will equip you with product knowledge and sales techniques to exceed targets. We offer competitive base pay plus commission, part-time and full-time roles, and growth opportunities in a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Establish relationships with and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify leads.
