Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
