Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in our Palo Alto store. You will deliver world-class service, demonstrate product knowledge, and help guests connect to what matters most.

You will achieve sales goals, work with store leaders, create personal connections, and participate in merchandising and training. Must have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and be available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals; collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
