Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect technology to customers and explain features clearly.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations with exemplary service.
- Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech concepts.
- Support merchandising and store operations to optimize in-store experience.
- Attend NHU training and complete onboarding within 30 days.
