As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in one of our retail stores, aiming to exceed monthly sales goals and foster lasting guest relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
