Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will connect guests to what matters most, using your product knowledge to create a memorable in-store experience and drive sales with uncapped commissions.

You will join a knowledgeable team, learn Victra's sales process, and have opportunities for advancement while earning a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (Nov–Dec).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
