My Wireless, Inc in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process. The role offers ongoing training, uncapped commission opportunities, and a path toward management as you grow with the company.

You will help deliver excellent service, meet performance targets, and participate in marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred, location dependent).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
