Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to assigned district locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store/Assistant Manager with tasks as directed.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct for the team.
• Develop professional skills for advancement opportunities.
