Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate for an on-site role in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. You will engage customers in-store, identify wireless needs, and recommend Verizon products, services, and plans while demonstrating devices and accessories.

The position involves processing sales and activations, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the POS system. You will support inventory, merchandising, and promotional activities with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to assist diverse customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Sales and retail skills, including upselling and cross-selling, to meet targets.
• Basic technology proficiency to learn wireless devices, plans, and accessories and explain them clearly to customers.
• Point-of-sale and cash handling skills to process transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer needs while keeping the store orderly.
• Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior retail or wireless industry experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education or bilingual skills are a plus.
