Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
• Close sales using effective communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
