Job summary

Mobile Generation is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Representative at our Evanston, IL location to join our Verizon store team. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional customer experience daily.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; travel to Midwest locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role
• Proven sales and customer service results
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless tech, and customer service
• Ability to travel to Midwest locations as needed
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Create an ideal customer experience for each guest daily
• Assist customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered
• Produce sales to meet and exceed standards for the location
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon
• Set an example of professional conduct for staff and customers
