Job summary

My Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer team. You will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process to help them make informed decisions.
