Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Norwalk, CT stores. The role is in-person, full-time, and focused on engaging customers, presenting telecom products and services, and driving sales with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and are comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• In-person store location within a 35-mile radius and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right product or service package.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
