Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our New York stores. This full-time, in-person role focuses on engaging customers, presenting wireless and home services, and hitting sales goals to earn commission.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in retail or telecom sales, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will work in a fast-paced environment, upsell service packages, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecom sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission targets, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
