Luna Wireless is a premier T-Mobile retailer seeking Retail Sales Representatives to engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and provide a best-in-class shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will build relationships, learn about new products, and help customers select solutions that fit their needs while pursuing goals in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish speakers preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience.
• Demonstrates products and services, educates customers, and recommends devices and plans.
• Identifies customer needs and delivers personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
