Rymco LLC, an Authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team across locations in Tennessee. The role offers hourly pay with commissions and performance bonuses, plus benefits and training.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service and sales experience, be English bilingual, and able to work retail hours Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM and Sunday 12 PM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required).
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required).
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred).
• Bilingual in English (Required).

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
