Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Manager in Easley, SC. You will lead the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, drive sales, protect assets, and increase profitability while coaching staff to excel.

Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales goals, managing inventory, training, and ensuring brand compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and strong leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Attend off-site promotional events during/after hours.
• Previous retail or customer service management experience required.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Able to stand long periods; full-time with weekends; travel to locations as needed.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy interactive technology devices.
• Team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic, drive to complete sales.
• Must be at least 18 years old; bilingual communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T Experience steps.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals; assist employees with closing sales.
• Monitor customer experience to focus service excellence.
• Open/close store operations; complete procedures.
• Ensure 100% completion of required trainings monthly and yearly.
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving, discrepancies, counts.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide coaching to sales associates; promote growth and learning.
• Recognize top and underperforming staff; implement improvements.
• Assist with resumes, phone screens, interviews, onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct staff meetings; communicate promotions, goals, trends.
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance per AT&T standards.
