As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career, learn from peers and leaders, and create the ultimate in-store experience while earning base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to assist customers and resolve issues.
