As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, learn and share ideas with peers, and create resolutions for customers while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Attend four-day NHU training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to customers.
