AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Albany, NY to guide customers through purchase options with a consultative approach and to drive sales targets. You will engage with the community, process online orders, and occasionally make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

The role offers a dynamic environment with a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends, and opportunities for uncapped commissions based on performance and attainment of sales goals.

Formación

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsabilidades

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
