AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Chester, NY. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, balance product options, and help them choose services and devices. Expect a fast-paced environment with training and a path to commission-based earnings.

The role includes scheduling on a 9am–9pm basis, weekends, and opportunities to learn and grow within AT&T’s product ecosystem. Prior retail sales is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Aufgaben

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
