Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, educate them on AT&T offerings, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced store environment.

You will contribute to a high-energy team, meet sales targets, and participate in ongoing training and coaching to advance in the company. This role rewards performance with base pay, commissions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the US and have a HS diploma or equivalent (Required).
