Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a driven Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer network in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process.

You'll receive strong base pay plus commissions and bonuses, ongoing paid training, and clear opportunities for growth within the company. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
