Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers and guide them through choosing AT&T products and services at our Ukiah location.

You’ll join a fast-growing team with a strong base pay and uncapped commissions, plus ongoing paid training and opportunities for advancement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
