This learning role progresses toward a Mobile Expert through training and demonstrated performance. You’ll engage customers with demonstrations, address needs with thoughtful questions, and grow product knowledge across devices, services, and IoT options in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store
• Demonstrate latest technology in-store and provide hands-on experiences
• Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear explanations
