Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team in Durango, CO. You’ll learn to deliver best-in-class customer service, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through their purchase journey with thoughtful questions and personalized solutions.

As a learning role, you will build product knowledge, develop strong relationships with customers, and grow toward a Mobile Expert role after training completion. Full-time or part-time availability and a passion for tech are valued.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in-store, online or via Customer Care.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on in-store demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
