Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team. You will help customers complete their shopping journey in-store, online, or via Customer Care, turning interest into solutions.

You’ll learn product knowledge quickly while delivering friendly, patient service and personalized demonstrations. This role offers growth toward Mobile Expert with training and team support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Retail environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and build product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on demos to identify needs.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and service plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
• Approach service with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Learn to use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
