Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will serve customers in a fast-paced wireless retail environment, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, and assisting with activations and plan changes. Must be reliable, energetic, and able to stand for extended periods; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in retail and/or sales.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue via new accounts, existing accounts upgrades, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels; supports store management in daily operations.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area according to store standards and policies.
• Assists with service activations, bill payments, plan changes and accessories sales.
