Job summary

TCC Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Des Moines, IA. The role involves greeting customers, driving revenue through new accounts and upgrades, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

You will maintain store appearance, assist with activations and plan changes, and work with management to meet performance metrics. This is a full-time position with base pay plus commission, in a T-Mobile Premium Retailer environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Maintain store appearance, cash handling, inventory, and deposits as per policy.
• Assist with activations, plan changes, and accessory selling while providing product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for the store and brand.
