Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Medford, OR seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist to guide guests through devices and plans with warmth and expertise. You’ll build relationships, ensure accuracy in transactions, and contribute to a living-room style store experience that reflects our customer-first culture.

The role offers $17.50–$18.50 hourly, uncapped commissions, and a modified full-time schedule averaging about 35 hours per week, with benefits under our Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around the store and handle merchandise.
