Job summary

Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate in Medford, OR to join our in-store team.

You will greet guests, guide decisions, and translate device details into simple, friendly conversations that help customers choose the right plans and devices. You will build lasting relationships through excellent service, identify opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals, and work with a warm team in a living-room style store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around the store and assist customers.

Responsibilities
