Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You will help customers continue their shopping journey, demonstrate new technology, and tailor personalized solutions with device and service plans, accessories, and IoT items.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a learning role, you’ll train with peers to build skills, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Qualifications

• 1) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• 2) Ability to communicate clearly and build meaningful connections with customers.
• 3) Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales setting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, care, in-store).
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology and accessories.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and add-on items beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
