Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to learn and grow with a fast-paced retail team. You will help customers continue their shopping journey online, by phone, or in-store, while learning to demonstrate the latest devices and plans.

The role emphasizes building genuine connections, resolving issues, and advancing toward a Mobile Expert promotion after training completion. You will work with teammates to build skills, handle hands-on product demos, and deliver best-in-class experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store to explore individual needs.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
