This entry-level role focuses on developing product knowledge and people skills through hands-on training. This position offers a clear path to Mobile Expert after training, with competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to complete purchases.
• Demonstrate devices and services and explain benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to upsell accessories and add-ons to enhance the customer experience.
