Arch Telecom is hiring for a Mobile Associate to work in our retail team. You will learn to provide first-class customer service, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through purchases in-store.

This learning role aims to develop skills toward promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail/customer service experience, with a passion for tech, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
