Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our store team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales floor that delivers exceptional customer service and drives business results.

You will mentor and coach staff, monitor performance, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Ability to analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move 20 lbs.
