Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Retail Assistant Manager

Compensation and Benefits

The average all-in pay range — including bonuses and spiffs — is $20 to $24 per hour. New hires also benefit from a bonus ramp-up structure with a simple $400 payout for all new Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager hires (excluding promotions).
