Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a JPC Department Manager to lead the Joint Pole Committee services within the Wireless SoCal department. You will direct department staff, monitor production and quality, manage documentation and billing, and coordinate with customers and Joint Pole Associations.

This role requires strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include delivering customer deliverables, tracking milestones, and representing the company at JPC meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of five years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree; JPA/JPC experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of JPA/JPC processes, pole attachment requirements, utility coordination, field inspection activities, milestone tracking, denials, contested transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Experience managing field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, or multi-functional project teams and holding resources accountable for productivity, quality, schedule, and customer requirements.
• Ability to interpret contracts, customer requirements, utility/JPA documentation, billing requirements, technical records, and related project documentation.
• Experience preparing customer deliverables, production reports, performance metrics, milestone tracking, and documentation used to support billing and program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of JPC services and ensure productivity, quality, schedule, documentation, and customer service expectations are met.
• Monitor Field Inspector production, output, and quality levels; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Track monthly production and milestone completion for all relevant activities within the department.
• Prepare, review, and submit customer deliverables, reports, trackers, and milestone records on schedule.
• Manage Form 44 billing activities in line with contract requirements and milestone completions.
