Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a JPA Lead Associate to support daily administration, review, tracking, and quality control of JPA/JPC transactions for the Wireless SoCal department. You will direct field inspectors, manage JPA forms, responses, transfers, and cost documentation, while coordinating with the JPC Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or 3 years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with wireless telecommunications, JPA/JPC operations, utility coordination, and pole-attachment documentation preferred.
• Ability to track high volumes of JPA/JPC transactions, forms, responses, costs and approvals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with field inspectors, utilities, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly work assignments for JPC Field Inspectors and ensure quality of field work.
• Receive, record, track, and upload all JPA forms per Circet guidelines.
• Review JPA transactions and correct/deny/approve per procedures and requirements.
• Prepare and send JPA responses to JPC members and document responses.
• Prepare and write new JPA Intents/Forms and review for completeness.
• Track transfer, remediation and follow-up work through to resolution.
• Produce reports to support customer deliverables and Circet management.
• Notify utilities regarding Rule 18 as required and per guidelines.
• Track denied cost items and quotes requiring special approval per pole basis.
• Provide administrative support to JPC management and staff.
