Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a JPC Department Manager to lead Joint Pole Committee services in the Wireless SoCal department. The role oversees day-to-day operations, personnel, quality, and billing, coordinating with customers and utilities to ensure milestones are met.

The candidate will manage documentation, reporting, and deliverables, while driving process improvements and ensuring safety compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with JPA/JPC processes and utility coordination.
• Experience managing field personnel, vendors, or multi-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret contracts and billing documentation.
• Experience preparing deliverables and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the JPC services day-to-day ensuring productivity, quality, and schedule.
• Monitor field production and quality, track milestones and reporting.
• Prepare customer deliverables and manage billing activities.
• Coordinate with customers, utilities, and field teams to resolve issues.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to department personnel.
• Attend JPC meetings and represent the customer as needed.
