Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a highly skilled JPC Department Manager to oversee Joint Pole Committee services within the Wireless SoCal department. You will lead the department, ensure production and quality targets are met, and coordinate billing, reporting, and customer deliverables.

You will interact with customers and stakeholders, manage field personnel and subcontractors, and drive process improvements, safety, and compliance across projects. Remote US-based work is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with JPA/JPC processes, pole attachment, and related documentation.
• Proven ability to manage field personnel, vendors, and multi-functional project teams.
• Ability to interpret contracts, customer requirements, and billing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day JPC services and ensure productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor Field Inspector production, track metrics, and identify trends for corrective actions.
• Prepare customer deliverables, reports, and milestone records on schedule.
• Manage Form 44 billing activities and support program execution and reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, utilities, and Joint Pole Associations to advance work.
