Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of wireless, phone, or other relevant technical/electronic experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, connect, upgrade, downgrade, troubleshoot and repair customer services at residential/commercial locations.
• Maintain wireless and phone systems by testing, locating trouble, diagnosing issues, and replacing defective devices/components.
• Install and maintain wireless networks, antennas, and RF equipment.
• Install, activate, and configure wireless devices and phones, including SIM provisioning and activation.
• Educate customers on services and upsell additional services.
