Job summary

Neier Inc. is looking for an individual to provide day-to-day support for Vanderbilt Health's wireless network. The role involves managing support tickets, resolving network issues, and assisting users in connecting devices.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, hold an Associate's degree or equivalent, and preferably possess a Network+ or Cisco Certified Technician certification. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and participation in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience related to networking or IT support.
• Strong aptitude to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational support of the wireless network, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Manage and work through Pegasus tickets and other support tickets.
• Collaborate with Senior Network Specialists and engineers on trouble tickets and escalations.
• Help end users connect approved devices to the secure wireless network.
• Maintain and set up wireless equipment and perform coverage checks across facilities.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical wireless services.
