Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Senior Network and Wireless Engineer to maintain reliable wired and wireless services across multiple locations, with emphasis on configuration, routing, deployment, testing, and issue resolution.

The role requires extensive experience with Layer 2/3 networking, wireless controllers, 802.1X authentication, and multi-site operations. You will serve as Level 3 escalation and drive change management while coordinating with carriers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of enterprise networking experience.
• Strong background in routing, switching, and wireless deployments.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-location networks and campus environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize switches, routers, VLANs, and routed networks.
• Diagnose latency, congestion, loops, and performance issues across locations.
• Maintain configuration backups and network documentation.
• Support deployment of switches, routers, controllers, and access points.
• Review redundancy and identify single points of failure.
• Coordinate with carriers, circuit providers, and vendors for changes.
• Serve as Level 3 escalation for network and wireless incidents.
