Job summary

JFL Consulting, LLC is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join the Annapolis, MD team. The role focuses on maintaining Aruba and Cisco networks, updating documentation, and coordinating client and vendor implementations.

The incumbent will support upgrades, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs. 3+ years of wireless network experience, Public Trust eligibility, and DoD-aligned certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wireless network infrastructure experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• DOD 8140 compliant certifications or equivalents required (Security+, GSEC, or CCNA-Security)
• CCNA or HPE Aruba ACA-S certifications preferred
• Strong RF knowledge and proficiency in Aruba Wireless and ClearPass
• Experience with NAC solutions for wired and wireless networks

Responsibilities

• Maintain Aruba and Cisco wireless networking infrastructure
• Update and improve network documentation
• Provide technical and engineering support to customers
• Build and implement network solutions with timelines and milestones
• Coordinate implementations with customers and vendor personnel
• Attend meetings and prepare reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards
• Handle off-hours repairs, updates, patches, and maintenance
