OSL Retail Services, a dynamic outsourced sales leader partnering with Walmart Canada, seeks a Wireless Manager to lead a wireless kiosk location. You will guide a sales team, optimize operations, and drive exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

You'll report to the District Manager and work in a fast-paced retail environment, leveraging your wireless expertise to train staff, manage budgets, and deliver strong profitability through strategic leadership and hands-on mentorship.

Qualificações

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with proactive approach and problem-solving capabilities.
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and keep the team informed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed per company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and operational changes.
• Forecast sales, analyze figures, and adapt strategies to market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations; manage department budget.
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and report performance to management.
