Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a JPA Lead Associate to support day-to-day administration and quality control of JPA/JPC transactions for the Wireless SoCal department. You will provide direction to Field Inspectors, manage forms, intents, responses, denials, and cost documentation.

This role requires coordinating with utilities, keeping customer reporting up to date, and preparing production and asset reports. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years relevant experience in wireless telecom.
• Experience with JPA/JPC operations and utility coordination.
• Ability to track high volumes of transactions and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly work assignments for JPC Field Inspectors; review completed field work for accuracy and quality.
• Receive, record, track, and upload all JPA forms.
• Review JPA transactions and coordinate with the JPC Department Manager as needed.
• Prepare and send JPA responses to JPC members and record responses.
• Prepare and write new JPA Intents/Forms; review forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Track transfer, remediation, and other follow-up work through resolution.
• Prepare production, output, and JPC asset reports; provide notifications to utilities.
