• Provides direction and quality review for JPC Field Inspectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work assignments and review completed field work for accuracy and completeness.
• Track and upload all JPA forms, prepare responses, and manage intents and denials.
• Prepare reports, track cost items, and send utility notifications.
