Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Physics.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Technical expertise in wireless standards, signal processing or networking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications with claims and specs.
• Conduct technical assessments related to wireless standards and networks.
• Perform prior art searches and patentability analyses.
• Advise inventors and clients on patent strategies and risk.
• Review patent documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on patent law developments and tech trends.
